PURPOSE: An earphone having variable shapes is provided to increase convenience by controlling a size of a changeable tube in a head portion attached to ears according to ear sizes of various users. CONSTITUTION: An earphone having variable shapes is composed of a head portion(10), a connectable jack connectable with an acoustic apparatus, a cable(5) connecting the head portion and the jack. The head portion includes a housing(20), a variable tube, a compression portion, and an air flow control device. The housing is composed of a main body(27) having a speaker mounting portion and a cap(21) combined with a front side of the main body. A speaker electrically connected to the cable is arranged in the speaker mounting portion. An air chamber and an air passage portion are prepared in the main body wile being separated from the speaker mounting portion. A sound propagation portion is projected to a front side of the cap. The sound propagation portion includes a sound path transmitting sound generated from the speaker to the outside of the housing.
