PURPOSE: A locking device is provided to reduce costs due to a simple structure and to prevent a bicycle from being stolen because alarm is sounded when a wire is cut. CONSTITUTION: A locking device comprises a wire rope(1), a wire(3), a fixing part(4), a contact point(6), a spring(5), alarm parts(7,8), and a locking part(11). A strand(2) and hollow(50) are formed in the wire rope. The wire is installed in the hollow. The fixing part fixes one side of the wire with respect to the wire rope. The contact point is installed in the other side of the wire. The spring is installed between the wire rope and contact point. The alarm parts are sounded by closing the contact point with a force of restitution when cutting a wire.
