PURPOSE: A III-V group compound solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to achieve high efficiency because of a wide photoreceptive area and a low sheet resistance by growing a light absorption part of a vertical nano structure on a sloped silicon substrate. CONSTITUTION: A seed layer(120) is formed on a substrate(110). A first electrode pattern(130) is formed on the seed layer. A dielectric pattern(140) is formed on the first electrode pattern. A light absorption part(150) is grown up from an exposed seed layer by the first electrode pattern and the dielectric pattern. A second electrode layer(160) is formed on the light absorption part. An electrode pad(170) is formed on the second electrode layer. |
