PURPOSE: A Na(Co,Ag)2O4-based thermoelectric materials and a preparing method of the same using solution combustion are provided to have excellent thermoelectric property in high temperature in short time by heating a precursor solution containing a metal salt under high temperature and being exploded by self. CONSTITUTION: A metal salt solution including Na salt, Co salt, and Ag colt is provided. A fuel solution including a fuel and a solvent is prepared. A Na(Co,Ag) 2O4- system oxide powder is synthesized by mixing a metal salt solution and a fuel solution to form a precursor solution, which is heated and self-exploded. A heating temperature for self explosion is performed under 100°C to 400°C. |
