PURPOSE: A fermenting apparatus including an opening and closing unit for a lever type inlet is provided to enable users to easily open and close the inlet installed on the upper side. CONSTITUTION: A fermenting apparatus comprises the following steps: an input opening and closing plate(200) axis-combining with the apparatus for opening and closing an inlet(110) formed on the upper side of a main body(100); a lever(300) connected to a rotary shaft of the input opening and closing plate for rotating the input opening and closing plate; a rotation prevention protrusion formed on the rear side of the inlet for limiting the opening angle of the input opening and closing plate; a packing(210) combining with the edge of the input opening and closing plate; and an outlet opening and closing plate(400) for opening and closing an outlet(130) on the front side of the main body. |
