PURPOSE: A haptic operating unit and an electronic device including the same are provided to supply strong and clear feedback to a user by colliding one end of an actuator with a lower part of a display panel through vibration of an actuator. CONSTITUTION: One end of an actuator(30) couples the other part of the actuator on a supporting plate. The supporting plate includes the actuator and an extending groove(42). A spacer is arranged between the actuator and the supporting plate. The actuator is separated from the supporting plate.
