The tube (2) has a set of channels (15) for circulation of fluid, and a sacrificial channel provided at a side of the tube and bypassing the fluid. The sacrificial channel is closed with the circulation of fluid, and a wall defines a housing. An internal guide is inserted in the housing and corrugated in the set of channels. The side of the tube includes a planar section, and folds of the guide are supported against the planar section. Upstream and downstream collectors (3, 4) have a tubular form. An independent claim is also included for a method for obtaining a heat exchanger tube.
