REEL AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A reel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the weight and the thickness of the reel, thereby reducing manufacturing and transport costs. CONSTITUTION: A mixed resin is manufactured by mixing a polymer resin and an intensity reinforcing resin(S1). A sheet disk is manufactured by molding the mixed resin into a sheet shape(S2). A lower plate sheet and an upper plate sheet of a reel are manufactured by vacuum-molding the sheet disk(S3). The reel is manufactured by laminating the upper and lower plate sheets using a laminator(S4).
