PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing polymerizable toner is provided to efficiently implement a transferring operation by increasing the electric charging rate of the surface of the toner. CONSTITUTION: A water-based dispersing solution is prepared by mixing a dispersing stabilizer and water. A monomer mixture containing polyvinyl difluoride, monomer for binder resin, and electric charge controlling agent is dispersed in the water-based dispersing solution to be fine droplets. The monomer mixture is homogenized, and the homogenized monomer mixture is polymerized to obtain a polymerization core. The polymerization core is washed and dried. An external additive agent is coated on the polymerization core. The dispersing stabilizer is water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol. |
