PURPOSE: A light source module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve optical efficiency using a scattering effect due to a scattering pattern. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting chip is mounted on the upper surface of a lead frame. The light emitting chip is sealed using a sealing unit(116). A scattering pattern(124) is formed using self-assembling colloid which is projected with a height higher than the surface of the sealing unit. The scattering pattern is projected on the sealing unit or with the height higher than the surface of the sealing unit. |
