PURPOSE: A film type piezoelectric device and a generator using the same are provided to maximize electrical energy productivity by generating electrical energy using vibration of wind and pressure created from raindrops. CONSTITUTION: A film type piezoelectric device plate(110) is arranged on a solar panel(190). The solar panel absorbs sunlight and converts the sunlight into electrical energy. The film type piezoelectric device plate converts vibration of wind and impact from raindrops. An elastic member(180) is comprised of an upper fixed shaft, a lower fixed shaft, and a spring. The upper fixing shaft is fixed on the lower end of a piezoelectric device frame(100). The lower fixed shaft is fixed to a solar panel frame(200). |
