PURPOSE: A box-type form assembly is provided to adjust the horizontal and vertical width of the form assembly depending on the size of a square hollow structure. CONSTITUTION: A box-type form assembly comprises main panels, auxiliary panels(100), and elastic supports(30). The main panels form the inner walls and corners of a hollow structure. The auxiliary panels are composed of connection panels(110) and bent panels(120). The connection panels are coupled to the end frames of the main panels. Both ends of the bent panels are coupled to the connection panels through hinges. The elastic supports inclinedly support the auxiliary panels.
