PURPOSE: A tire for a vehicle having a damper is provided to reduce the rubber consumption of a sidewall while manufacturing a tire through composing a tire for reinforcing the strength of the sidewall by using a poromeric member. CONSTITUTION: A tire for a vehicle having a damper comprises a tread, a sidewall, a bead portion(3), and a poromeric member(4). The side wall is installed in the both sides of the tread. The bead portion is installed in the end side of the sidewall. The poromeric member connects the inner wall(11) of the tread and the inner wall(31) of the bead portion. The poromeric member comprises a ring(5). The inside of the ring is formed into space.
