INTERSPINOUS DYNAMIC STABILIZATION IMPLANT APPARATUS

An interspinous dynamic stabilization implant apparatus comprising a first fixing element (1), a second fixing element (2), and a flexible element (3). The first fixing element (1) is an H-shaped structure, the structure consists of two pairs of wing-shaped plates (4, and 5) and a partition plate (6); one pair of the wing-shaped plates (4) has arranged thereon a through hole (7). The second fixing element (2) is a U-shaped structure, the U-shaped structure has arranged at the opening thereof a through hole (8), the U-shaped structure has arranged on the exterior wall thereof a groove (9) having the capacity to contain the other pair of wing-shaped plates (5) of the first fixing element (1), and the groove (9) is arc-shaped. The second fixing element (2) is movably connected to the first fixing element (1) via the groove (9), the opening of the U-shaped structure is in the same direction with the opening of the other pair of wing-shaped plates (5) of the first fixing element (1). The flexible element (3) is an arch-shaped flexible structure arranged between the partition plate (6) and the bottom of the U-shaped structure of the second fixing element (2), and is fixed with the partition plate (6) and the second fixing element (2). The implant apparatus improves the stability and reliability of the flexible element via the employment of the arch-shaped flexible structure, and optimizes the biomechanical performance of the spinal column via the employment of the arc-shaped groove.
