TOUCH PANEL AND FLAT PANEL DISPLAY DEVICE COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A touch panel and a flat panel display including the same are provided to secure visibility and readability by including light source inside the touch panel. CONSTITUTION: Lower electrodes(220a-220c) are formed on the top of a substrate. An organic light emitting layer is formed on the lower electrode. An upper electrode(240) is formed on the organic light emitting layer and is connected to lower electrodes. A touch panel includes the lower electrode and an organic light emitting device. The organic light emitting layer insulates the lower electrode and the upper electrode.
