<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal a scintillator and a photo detection substrate so that at least one of the scintillator and the photo detection substrate can be repaired or exchanged. <P>SOLUTION: In a radiation detection panel (28), a sealing protection film (48) includes cut parts (74) for pulling out a scintillator (46) and a photo detection substrate (44) from the sealing protection film (48) by breaking the sealing protection film (48), and seals at least the scintillator (46) and the photo detection substrate (44) by means of thermal welding so as to avoid the scintillator (46) and the photo detection substrate (44). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
