<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rack frames and method for an equipment mounting rack with no looseness, with advanced quake resistance, and with high workability to be assembled. <P>SOLUTION: Rack frames for an equipment mounting rack comprises: a pair of front and rear frame bodies 3 and 4 formed in a rectangular frame-like shape by a pair of upper and bottom lateral frame members 5 and a pair of right and left longitudinal frame members 6; and a pair of right and left upper depth frames 7 and a pair of right and left bottom depth frames 8 which are connecting upper four corners and bottom corners respectively made by the front and rear frame bodies 3 and 4. The upper depth frames 7 and the bottom depth frames 8 includes base portions 7a and 8a which is long in a back-and-front direction. At both ends in a back-and-front direction, the base portions 7a and 8a has integrally upright state of: a pair of first and second lateral frame fixing portions 7c, 8c, and 9c with which the lateral frame members 5 of the front and rear frame bodies 3 and 4 are sandwiched from a back-and-front direction and screwed to the lateral frame members 5; and a longitudinal fixing portion 9b contacting and screwed onto the longitudinal frame member 6 of the front and rear frame bodies 3 and 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
