The influence of the structure of the second layer (112) through the first layer (111) during the deposition of the second layer (112) on the first layer (111) enables the improvement of the etching properties of the transparent electroconductive layer (110). For example, the homogeneity of the roughness of the surface of the second layer (112), textured by etching, can be improved thereby. |
