Provided is a field emission device capable of mass-producing with high productivity nanofibers having uniform quality, even in the case of field-emission by permitting high voltage to a collector while grounding a nozzle block. The field emission device (20) is equipped with a collector (150), a nozzle block (110), and a power device (160) having a positive electrode that connects to the collector (150), and a negative electrode that connects to the nozzle block (110), thereby dropping the electric potential of the corresponding negative electrode to the ground potential simultaneously, and the field emission device is additionally equipped with an auxiliary belt device (170) having an auxiliary belt (172) comprised of insulated or porous endless belt arranged in a position encircling the collector (150) to enable free rotation thereof, and an auxiliary belt driving device (174) that rotates the corresponding auxiliary belt (172) at the rotation speed corresponding to transfer speed of a long sheet (W).
