The system has cupping elements attached at skin, and a hose connection to a vacuum generator. A periodically opening leak air valve i.e. electromagnet valve, is functionally actively connected between the cupping elements and the vacuum generator in course of a path of sucked air so that rising and decongesting pulsation is superimposed to continuous vacuum. The leak air valve is controlled by an electronics. A frequency of opening and closing cycles of the leak air valve is manually or automatically preselected and/or varied by the electronics.
