PURPOSE: An aqueous washing device for TV parts is provided to drastically increase washing efficiency in holes and on uneven portions of TV parts using super pure cleaning liquid. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(92) is connected to an aqueous washing device(2) for TV parts. The control unit transmits operation commands to the washing device, a drain valve(76), and a super pure water producing machine(88). A storage tank(80) is connected to the super pure water producing machine. The storage tank connects pipes(82) to a washing tank(54) and a rinse tank(56) respectively. Transfer pumps are mounted on the pipes. The transfer pumps are connected to the control unit. The control unit transmits an operation command to a supply pump so that super pure cleaning liquid is filtered by a filter(62) and is repetitively supplied to or collected from the washing tank and the rinse tank for seven days. The super pure cleaning liquid is drained to a used liquid treating unit by transmitting on/off commands. |
