PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous business form processing device and a continuous business form printing processing system capable of achieving improvement in the versatility of connection with a printing device.

SOLUTION: A continuous business form laser beam machining device 20 is a processing device provided successively to a printer 50 that includes printer driving rollers 51 and 52 for feeding a processing sheet W in a feeding direction X, and includes: a front roller 21 and a rear roller 22 feeding the processing sheet W in the feeding direction X; an internal tension pickup 25 detecting the tension of the processing sheet W in the laser beam machining device 20; an inter-device tension pickup 24 detecting the tension of the processing sheet W between the laser beam machining device 20 and the printer 50; and a processing device controller 31 controlling the front roller 21 and the rear roller 22 based on an output from the internal tension pickup 25 and the inter-device tension pickup 24 so that the tension of the processing sheet W may be brought into a predetermined range.
