摘要 Disclosed is a method for rapidly determining 16 species of inorganic anions and organic acids in tobacco simultaneously. Ion chromatography is adopted, wherein an elution procedure is that at 0.000-8.000 min, the concentration of potassium hydroxide is 1 mmol/L; at 8.000-28.000 min, the concentration of potassium hydroxide is 1 mmol/L; at 28.000-35.000 min, the concentration of potassium hydroxide is 30 mmol/L; at 35.000-40.000 min, the concentration of potassium hydroxide is 50 mmol/L; at 40.000-40.001 min, the concentration of potassium hydroxide is 50 mmol/L; at 40.001-50.000 min, the concentration of potassium hydroxide is 1 mmol/L; and at the end of the analysis, the concentration of potassium hydroxide is 1 mmol/L; the detection conditions for ion chromatography are anion exchange column: IonPacAS11-HC (2 mm x 50mm) and IonPacAG11-HC (2 mm x 250 mm); column temperature: 30°C; flow rate: 0.30mL/min; volume injected: 25 µL; and current of suppresser: 50 mA. The method of the present invention is simple, fast, and accurate, through which simultaneous determination of 16 species of inorganic anions and organic acids in one injected sample of tobacco is achieved within 50 min.
