PURPOSE: A light emitting assembly and a headlight therewith are provided to minimize light loss because a physical shield for forming light distribution patterns is not required. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting assembly(10) comprises a base unit(130) and a light distribution unit(140). The base unit comprises multiple light emitting elements(110) and a substrate(120). The light emitting elements are arranged on the substrate in a line. The light distribution unit is arranged on one end of the base unit and comprises one or more light emitting elements protruded from the base unit.
