<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation state measuring device of a hoisting device, which can be easily added after installation, and measures an operation state such as an operation history of the hoisting device, without electrically or mechanically modifying the hoisting device such as an existing electric chain block and an electric hoist, and to provide the hoisting device. <P>SOLUTION: This operation state measuring device includes: a load cell 22; a 3D (triaxial) acceleration sensor 27 for detecting acceleration of a cargo suspending hook 26; a data processing part 28 for arithmetically processing a load detecting signal from the load cell 22 and an acceleration detecting signal from the 3D acceleration sensor 27, discriminating various operation states of a hoisting machine, and storing the discriminating result; and a power source part 29. The load cell 22, the 3D acceleration sensor 27, the data processing part 28 and the power source part 29 are integrated as an operation state measuring part 20. The operation state measuring part 20 is installed on a hook 14 of the hoisting device, to measure a load of a cargo suspended by the cargo suspending hook 26 with the load cell 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
