<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide circulation centrifugal force power generation by power generation energy which is clean, is ecologically developed, and solves power generation energy of problems that continues to be challenging since 20th century. <P>SOLUTION: Conventional power generation methods have many problems. Among such methods mainly used, power generation by dam is highly expensive and vastly destroys nature. Thermal power generation causes global warming due to CO2 emission. Nuclear power generation causes anxiety of residents because of cover-ups of troubles or the like and requires an enormous amount of money related to spent fuel. Among such methods secondarily used, wind power generation cannot compete with the power of nature. For example, a wind turbine does not operate without a blow of wind. If a propeller of a wind turbine is struck by lightning, the wind turbine becomes inoperable and requires a large sum of repair cost. Other methods such as solar photovoltaic power generation, solar thermal power generation, tidal power generation, geothermal power generation, wave power generation, and thermal energy conversion power generation are weak in power generation capacity.
