<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter that forms the folded-back section of an adhesive tape, and is safe since the cutting blade of the tape never appears outside when it is not used. <P>SOLUTION: A first rotation plate 30 to which the adhesive tape 11 is attached to a position of the adhesive tape side at the time of cutting with a rotation blade 37 is formed, a rotation blade is provided on the first rotation plate and a stopper 39 side and is always positioned on the first rotation plate side with energizing means that is always energized to the tape side and a second rotation plate 34 provided on the rotation blade and the first rotation plate side with the energizing means of the rotation blade, the rotation blade is set lower than the second rotation plate, a drawn adhesive tape is stuck to a second rotation plate tip section 35 and drawn to the stopper position, and the adhesive tape sticks to the first rotation plate just before the stopper position, an end of the adhesive tape is attached to the second rotation plate tip section with a cutting operation as the rotation blade is approaching the tape side from the second rotation plate tip section, and the second rotation plate and rotation blade are turned to the first rotation plate side to form a folded-back section with the energizing means, and the configuration should be made so as to never appear outside when not used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
