<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration which prevents scrap rising and scrap clogging occurring upon punching a metallic material of every material and every thickness in any shape, that is, in large or small shape, and with which manufacturing of a die is easy. <P>SOLUTION: Upon punching a metallic material 3a by a punch 1 and the die 2, the die 2 has a die blade tip 5 on a die upper face 10. By forming a die blade tip side face 13 having an inclination angle 12 in a direction toward the punch 1, from the die blade tip 5 toward a die lower face 11, scrap rising of a punched scrap 18 is prevented. Further, by forming a punched scrap discharge part 19 having an inclination angle 17 in the direction moving away from the punch 1, from the die blade tip side face 13 toward the die lower face 11, scrap clogging of the punched scrap 18 is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
