<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal input circuit that prevents existing problems even when a signal voltage input into a signal input terminal exceeds a voltage at a high potential power terminal while maintaining a pull-up function of signal input terminals. <P>SOLUTION: An enhancement type NMOS transistor MN1 has a back gate connected to a low potential power terminal 2, a drain and a gate connected to a high potential power terminal 1, and a source connected to a signal input terminal 3.
