Provided is a heating device that transmits heat uniformly to the object to be heated. The heating device is equipped with: a block (5) and a base plate (6) that surround a pipe (9); a first heat-insulating cover (1) that forms a first heat-insulating layer (11) covering the outer periphery of the block (5) and the base plate (6); and a second heat-insulating cover (2) that that forms a second heat-insulating cover (12) covering the outer periphery of the first heat-insulating cover (1). The first heat-insulating cover (1) includes a first heat-insulating cover (1a) on the block (5) side affixed to the block (5) and a first heat-insulating cover (1b) on the base plate (6) side affixed to the base plate (6). The second heat-insulating cover (2) includes a second heat-insulating cover (2a) on the block (5) side affixed to the first heat-insulating cover (1a) and a second heat-insulating cover (2b) on the base plate (6) side affixed to the first heat-insulating cover (1b). The heating device also is equipped with a fastening lock (8) that secures the second heat-insulating covers (2a, 2b) in a removable manner.
