PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell is provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell by forming the thickness of a uniform region of an intrinsic semiconductor layer thicker than the thickness of the thickness of a first grade region of the intrinsic semiconductor layer. CONSTITUTION: A front electrode is arranged on a substrate. A rear electrode is arranged on the upper part of the front electrode. A photoelectric conversion part is arranged between the front electrode and the rear electrode. The photoelectric conversion part includes a p-type semiconductor layer, an intrinsic(i) semiconductor layer, and an n-type semiconductor layer. The intrinsic semiconductor layer comprises a first grade region(GL1), a second grade region(GL2), and a uniform region(IL). The uniform region is located between the first grade region and the second grade region. |
