PURPOSE: An arc measuring system and an arc transferring device using for the same are provided to measure an arc using ultraviolet rays or measure the arc after converting the ultraviolet rays into visible rays so that the utilization efficiency in an arc measurement field is wide. CONSTITUTION: An arc measuring system comprises an arc transmitting device(120) and an arc detecting device(200). The arc transmitting device converts ultraviolet rays of arc lights into visible rays and transmits the converted visible rays to the arc detecting device. The arc detecting device outputs the transmitted visible rays into electrical signals. The arc transmitting device comprises a visible ray converting part(218) comprising a ultraviolet ray pass filter. The arc transmitting device converts the ultraviolet rays having passed through the ultraviolet ray pass filter into the visible rays.
