PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device for improving a throughput, a radio communication system and a radio communication method in the radio communication device.

SOLUTION: The radio communication device which performs radio communication with another radio communication device includes: a control part for determining an encoding rate, a modulation system and a data amount for each of two or more pieces of transmission data to be transmitted to the other radio communication device on the basis of an error detection result received from the other radio communication device; and a transmission part for respectively transmitting the two or more pieces of transmission data to the other radio communication device on the basis of the determined encoding rate, modulation system and data amount.
