<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projected corner accessory which can be detached during repair and the like, and which enables a stay fitting for attachment of a down pipe to be attached to a corner portion of a projected corner section. <P>SOLUTION: A projected corner accessory comprises two flat plate-like cover portions for concealing one edge portion of an exterior wall material from its upside, and a connecting portion 3 for connecting opposed side ends 2a of the cover portions together. In the connecting portion, a flat plate-like flat portion 4 is provided on the side of the cover portion. A flat plate-like receiving portion 5 recessed by one step on a back side is provided on the inside with respect to the flat portion, and a groove-like fixture storage portion 6 recessed by one step further on the back side is provided inside the receiving portion.
