<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor ventilation controller capable of facilitating component replacement work and operation confirmation work in a narrow underfloor space, and a building structure using it. <P>SOLUTION: An underfloor ventilation controller 24 is disposed at a boundary of an underfloor space 23 and an inner ventilation layer 18 of a building provided with the inner ventilation layer 18 communicated with the underfloor space 23 and an attic 25 between a wall structural material 10 and an indoor wall 14, and includes a first member 50 which is fixed to a groundsill 22 of a building and has a communication part 52 communicated with the inner ventilation layer 18, and a second member 60 attached to the first member 50 so as to be inserted and removed. The second member 60 includes a body part 64 where an insertion connection part 66 to be freely inserted and removed to/from the communication part 52 and a communication hole 62 are provided side by side, a shield plate 65 which has through-holes 55A provided side by side and is slid to the body part 64 to open and close the communication hole 62, and an opening/closing mechanism 68 which slides the shield plate 65 corresponding to the fluctuation of an outside temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
