<p>The invention relates to a cooking utensil (1) comprising a substantially flat bottom forming a cooking surface, extended by a raised edge forming a peripheral rim, said rim comprises a shoulder portion (5f) substantially parallel to the base. The invention also relates to a cooking system comprising such a cooking utensil (1) and a cover (2) comprising a substantially planar solid disk (20) and further, on the periphery thereof, at least one supporting means (10) that extends in a direction substantially orthogonal to the plane of the disk (20).
