The objective of the invention is to provide an information delivery system that can efficiently perform an information delivery by use of a small amount of information. An information delivery system of the invention comprises: a delivery server (10) that performs an information delivery; and a communication terminal (40) that outputs information delivered from the delivery server (10). The delivery server (10) transmits, to the communication terminal (40), text information including a plurality of pieces of phrase identification information that identify a plurality of phrases constituting output information to be outputted at the communication terminal (40). The communication terminal (40) extracts the phrase identification information included in the text information transmitted from the delivery server (10) and outputs the output information generated by combining the phrases corresponding to the phrase identification information.
