PURPOSE: A hydraulic control valve apparatus is provided to reduce noise by comprising a stable valve profile with reducing resistances caused by fluid pressure. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic control valve apparatus comprises a housing unit(10), a hydraulic piston(20), and a bypass unit(30). A lamp protrusion is formed inside the housing unit, and a main chamber(16) and an auxiliary chamber(18) are formed. The hydraulic piston moves back and forth inside the housing unit according to the fluid pressure of the main chamber. A cylinder flow path(22), which is selectively closed by the lamp protrusion is formed in the hydraulic piston. A brake path(24) is formed in a lower part of the cylinder flow path. The bypass unit selectively connects the main chamber and auxiliary chamber.
