PURPOSE: A cooling gel mat is provided to increase cooling efficiency in order to facilitate heat exchange of a cooling gel with outside air. CONSTITUTION: A cooling gel mat comprises a lower sheet(100) of fibers, pocket sheets(200), an upper sheet(300), and a mesh sheet(400). The pocket sheet is put on top of the lower sheet. The pocket sheet divides the cooling gel into pocket forms in a constant size. The upper sheet covers top part in which the pocket sheet is placed. The mesh sheet covers top of the upper sheet. Edges of the laminated sheets are sutured with an edge finishing material. Cores (500,510) are fixed to edges of the cooling gel mat.
