<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell which improves photoelectric efficiency of a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A thin film solar cell according to the present invention includes: a substrate; a front surface electrode (100) disposed on the substrate; a rear surface electrode (130) disposed on an upper part of the front surface electrode; and a photovoltaic conversion part (PV) which is disposed between the front surface electrode and the rear surface electrode and receives incident light to convert the light into electricity. The front surface electrode includes a first front surface electrode film (110a) including a light-transmissive conductive material and a second front surface electrode film (110b). The first front surface electrode film is formed so as to contact with an upper part of the substrate, and porous pin holes, from which a part of the substrate is exposed, are formed at a part of the first front surface electrode film. The second front surface electrode film is formed so as to contact with an upper part of the first front surface electrode film and cover the pin holes formed on the first front surface electrode film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
