PURPOSE: A heating device for a car seat is provided to reduce the electricity consumption by performing continuous heating using latent heat from the bottom of a car seat. CONSTITUTION: A heating device for a car seat comprises a bottom part(110), a seat back part(120), and a temperature controlling part(130). The bottom part and the seat back part include a first woven heating element and a second woven heating element, respectively. The temperature controlling part supplies the whole power from a vehicle to the first woven heating element and the second woven heating element. The first and second woven heating elements are serially connected one another and receives power from the temperature controlling part. The first and second woven heating elements comprise a plurality of carbon fiber threads and a plurality of copper wire band parts which can supply power to the carbon fiber thread. The temperature sensor measures the heat temperature of the first woven heating element.
