PURPOSE: A stroller having a safety device is provided to call attention of a guardian by compulsorily restricting movement of the stroller when the stroller is in danger. CONSTITUTION: A stroller comprises a frame, a receiving unit, wheels, a handle, a handle mounting unit(210), a frame mounting unit(220), and a safety device. The receiving unit is installed in the upper part of the frame and is supported by the frame. The wheels are coupled to the lower part of the frame and movably support the frame. The handle is coupled to the upper part of the frame. The handle mounting unit is coupled to the handle. The frame mounting unit is coupled to the frame. The safety device is composed of an alarming device attached in the stroller.
