<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a surface shape transfer resin sheet, which enables transfer of a transfer template precisely onto the surface of a resin sheet and can prevent occurrence of taking-away phenomena on the shape roll. <P>SOLUTION: The resin sheet 53 having a front surface 76 and a back surface 75 is formed by extruding a resin of a specified composition in a heated molten state continuously from a die 59, in such a way that the resin composition of the front surface 76 is 100 pts.mass of a thermoplastic resin and 0.1-2.0 pts.mass of a lubricant. The resin sheet 53 is held between an upper roll 63 and an intermediate roll 64 and carried with the resin sheet 53 kept adhere to the intermediate roll 64. The resin sheet 53 carried is then held between the intermediate roll 64 and a lower roll 65. When the resin sheet 53 is held between the intermediate roll 64 and the lower roll 65, a concave transfer template 69 formed on the lower roll 65 is transferred onto the surface 76 of the resin sheet 53. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
