<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin member in which using a crystalline polymer resin, its crystallinity is partially enhanced to raise the mechanical strength. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the resin member includes: a protrusion forming process for forming a protrusion having a longitudinal wall part and a top surface part so that crystallization is performed on the resin material constituting the longitudinal wall part through an oriented melt liquid condition by stretching a sheet material consisting of a crystalline polymer resin at a strain speed of at least a critical stretching strain speed at the melting point or lower and at the crystallization temperature or higher; and a melt-bonding process for integrating two intermediate molded articles by melt-bonding the top surface parts of the protrusions of the two intermediate molded articles having the protrusions formed in the protrusion forming process together, to manufacture the resin member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
