PURPOSE: An opening and closing control device in which a serial damper is included is provided to embody various sizes of damping force using a plurality of dampers. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing control device comprises a frame, a guiding hole, a switch(130), a damper assembly(200), and a return device(150). The guiding hole is formed along a longitudinal direction of the frame. The switch is selectively interfered with the external link and flows through the guiding hole. The damper assembly is fixed to frame and reduce the transition speed of the switch. A plurality of dampers(210,220) is serially connected and includes the damper assembly. The return device adds the power of one-way to the switch and controls so that the switch can be restored to the original position.
