<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control system and a communication control method capable of reducing connection delay of calling even when resource cannot be obtained in which a communication bearer in the setting can be continued in a radio communications system that is a transition destination in a case where a mobile machine transitions to another radio communications system. <P>SOLUTION: An eNB110 includes a handover control part 115 that determines whether a PS bearer is handed over to a 3G system based on priority of the PS bearer for a CS bearer when a connection destination of a mobile machine connected to a LTE system is switched to the 3G system using the PS bearer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
