摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus that can obtain a correct and clear tomogram image at a low cost without using a bearing with high accuracy for a rotation mechanism such as an XY table for rotating an object to be scanned. <P>SOLUTION: In an X-ray CT apparatus, an optical camera 6 images a marker M that is provided on an XY table 2, a position of the XY table 2 is obtained according to image processing of the obtained image at an image processing unit 12, an offset with respect to a target position at each of projection angles computed by a computing unit 13 in advance is computed by an error computing unit 14, and a position and an angle of the X-ray projection data collected at each of the projection angles are corrected on the basis of the computed result and subjected to reconfiguration computation to increase accuracy of three-dimensional information to be obtained finally even if the actual projection data is shifted due to accuracy of rotation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
