<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving method for a display device that can restore the characteristic deterioration of a transistor including an oxide semiconductor as a semiconductor layer. <P>SOLUTION: In a driving method for a display device for performing image display over multiple frame periods, the driving is performed so that a voltage of 20 V or more is applied for 1 msec or more to a gate of a transistor serving as a driver element in a period in which any one scan line among plural scan lines in the frame periods is selected. By selecting each row over the frame periods, a voltage of 20 V or more is applied for 1 msec or more to the gates of all the transistors serving as the driver elements; thus, the characteristic deterioration of the transistor is restored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
