<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device and an electronic apparatus therewith which can appropriately power-amplify an input signal to generate an output signal independently of variations in supply voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 100 includes a driver Z20 for amplifying an input signal Sin pulse-driven between VDD and GND to generate an output signal Sout pulse-driven between VCC (>VDD) and GND, and a VDD generation section Z30 for generating VDD from VCC. The driver Z20 includes a linear integrator (AMP, R1, R2, C1) operative on the input of VDD and forming a feedback path for the output signal Sout, and the VDD generation section Z30 includes a voltage divider (R3, R4) for dividing VCC to generate VDD. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
