<p>Disclosed is a method for application key management for Machine Type Communication (MTC) group devices, and the method is applied to MTC devices provided with a user identification card, and to a system consisting of Bootstrapping Server Function (BSF) and MTC servers. The method comprises: when an MTC device learns that an application key corresponding to the group identification information thereof is in use, sending a request message to the BSF; after the BSF receives the request message, sending the application key to the MTC device; the MTC device using the application key to establish communication with the MTC server. By means of the present invention, the sharing of an application key by MTC devices in the same MTC device group can be achieved.</p> |
